Terms and Conditions
Important Amendment 24/09/2021: We’ve updated our terms and conditions to reflect
the number of people eligible to win. Per this update, there will now be 4 winners selected. Where
the terms refer to “The Competition Winner” this should now be read as “The Competition Winners”.

This competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Only one entry per
person will be permitted. The competition opens on September 9th 2021 at 12:00am AEST and
closes on September 16th 2021 at 12:00am. The Competition Winner will be chosen on September
28th at 5:00pm AEST, unless the survey close date is extended. The Competition Winner consents
to having their first name, surname initial, state and written submission published on a
public billboard. There is no cash or material prize associated with this competition.
This competition is being run by the Founder and Promoter of the Future Super Fund, Future
Super Investment Services Pty Ltd (ABN 55 621 040 202; AFS Representative No. 001271441),
which is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Future Superannuation Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN
90 167 800 580; AFSL 482684)
General
- This is a skill-based competition.
- Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this
competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference
to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
- Entry is open to all Australian residents, who are over the age of 18 years and who have
fulfilled the Eligibility Requirements set out below ('Eligible Entrants').
- Employees, and their immediate families, of the Founder and Promoter or of any of the
associated agencies and companies within the Future Superannuation Group, as well as employees
of contractors or service providers to the Future Superannuation Group, are not Eligible
Entrants in relation to this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse,
de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption) of the employee
How to enter
- Eligible Entrants can enter this competition by meeting the Eligibility Requirements of:
a. Submitting a written response on the Landing Page located at
https://billboard.futuresuper.com.au/
b. Providing all requested contact details; and
c. Ensuring their entry is received by the Founder and Promoter prior to the competition’s
close date and time.
- The winning entry will be judged to be the most creative, insightful and unique response
providing all the other Eligibility Requirements have been met.
Number of entries permitted
- Only one entry per Eligible Entrant will be accepted.
- If an otherwise Eligible Entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries to the
competition, all of their entries will be invalidated.
Winning submission
- The Competition Winner will have their First Name, Surname Initial, State and Written
submission displayed on a public billboard.
- There is no cash or other material prize associated with winning.
- The Competition Winner will be notified via email within five days of the submission being
selected.
Further terms and conditions
- The Founder and Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if this
competition cannot be run as originally planned. The Founder and Promoter may also cancel or
suspend this competition if an event beyond its control corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition.
- All entrants must submit ONLY their own personal details and unique response. Entries that are
found to have been derived from the designs of a third party will be considered invalid.
Without limiting the generality, the Founder and Promoter reserves the right to take legal
action against anyone found to have breached this term. The Founder and Promoter reserves the
right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual in relation to whom they have reason
to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The
Founder and Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
- The Founder and Promoter reserves the right to request that a Competition Winner :
a. Signs a winner's deed of release or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Founder
and Promoter deems necessary;
b. Provides proof of identity
- The information required to be provided by the Competition Winner to prove or verify identity,
residency, age and/or entry is at the discretion of the Founder and Promoter on a competition
by competition basis. In the event that a Competition Winner is unable to provide suitable
proof, the Competition Winner will forfeit their entitlement to have their quote published.
- The Founder and Promoter reserves the right to choose a new Competition Winner in the event of
the original Competition Winner being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
- The Founder and Promoter’s decision in relation to each and every aspect of the competition is
final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining any winner.
No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or
misdirected entries.
Privacy collection statement
- By submitting an entry into this competition, an entrant consents to receive promotional and
other marketing messages from the Founder and Promoter (including messages sent electronically
for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following
the instructions included in each message sent by the Founder and Promoter.
- The Founder and Promoter may collect entrants' personal information for the purpose of
promoting and conducting this competition (including but not limited to determining and
notifying winners). The Founder and Promoter may also be required to disclose entrants’
personal information to Australian regulatory authorities, such as the regulators of trade
promotions.
- The Founder and Promoter will otherwise handle entrants’ personal information in accordance
with its Privacy Policy, which can be read and downloaded at www.myfuturesuper.com.au/privacy
and Australian Privacy Principles.
Copyright, statutory guarantees, waiver and liability
- All competition entries and any copyright subsisting in competition entries becomes and
remains the property of the Founder and Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any
of the entries received.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify, or purports to limit, exclude
or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer
Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer
protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ('Non-Excludable Guarantees')
